Contractor Tender and Selection
We have an extensive ‘black book’ of vetted and approved professionals, contractors and suppliers and are equally happy to work alongside any appointed by our clients.
On your behalf we can schedule and quantify works, create tender packs, identify and select the best contractors for your project. Our services also include value engineering, ensuring that materials and processes selected are the best value without compromising on quality, functionality or your wishes.
Construction delivery services: post contract coordination and management
Contracts and Variations Management
On your behalf we can issue JCT industry approved contracts to contractors and act as contract administrator.
Our services include contract variation management. On behalf of clients we price and agree variations to contracts with the contractor and issue payment certificates to clients and associated funders.
We coordinate any relevant design information and update the client, design team and contractors accordingly.
Project Visits and Reporting
We visit the project site regularly to monitor progress, meet with the design team and contractors and report back to clients. At each stage we deliver expert advice to mitigate risk, add value, reduce cost and manage liabilities.
As the project progresses we ensure that all snagging is completed prior to achieving practical completion, along with all completed Operational and Maintenance manuals. On behalf of our clients we carry out defect inspections after 6 months and 12 months, prior to agreeing any final retention release.
